Remember that I have been telling you that the media, many rich lefties, and their businesses are going broke because of their insane drive to set up their lefty commie traitor dictatorship because they know that, if they get their dictatorship set up, they will be able to steal much more from you than they are losing?

Surprise, surprise; Twitter is now losing money for the same reason. First, it was the lefty media, including TV, newspapers, and radio, and then the lefty upper class trash like George Soros dumping $18 billion into setting up their global dictatorship, then FB losing money by chasing off customers with his censorship, Buzz Feed is losing money because of its lefty propaganda, and now it is Twitter. Don't be surprised to see that YouTube and others start losing money by chasing off their customers too. They see it as an investment.

BTW, some seem to have become concerned that, now that Pelosi is Speaker of the House and queen of America again, the Commies will impeach Trump, remove him, and then impeach Pence and remove him so Pelosi can become President but they are showing they don't know how our government works.

I have told you before that the House can only impeach Trump but can't remove him. Only the Senate can remove Trump from office and the Senate is controlled by the GOP. The commies have to gain control of both the House and Senate to remove Trump from office.

Catholic Church

Based on what I have been seeing, what do I expect to see happen to the current Catholic Church in the near future?

It is going to be bit of a complex mess but I will give you the more simple nutshell version.

There are two main factions with increasing animosity between each other in the Church fighting a "soft civil war". There are the true Christians and some poser Christians who just want to remain in the church as a Christian organization and then there is the pagan Pope and the rest of the pagan people, especially certain members of the Vatican, which want to convert to Islam and move their headquarters to a new facility in Babylon, where they have already purchased the land.

Why do they want to convert to Islam and move to Babylon?

Because they know the Euro end time prophesies are wrong, that Islam will be the one world government and church during the Tribulation, and they want that power and wealth.

I expect to see the church split along these lines like happened hundreds of years ago, forming today's protestant churches out of the Catholic Church. The true Christians will split away from the Pope and the rest of the church to form one or more new churches, with one church probably keeping the facilities in Rome (the faction which wants to convert to Islam wants to move to Babylon and build a newer and bigger facility so they won't need or want the old facilities) but letting the Pope and the others keep enough money to build their new headquarters in Babylon just to get rid of them and to save the rest of the church.

When the dust has settled, if the Catholic Church still exists, it will be much smaller on a global basis but more Christian and Biblical. There will probably be several smaller new protestant groups, and the Pope and most of the current Vatican will convert to Islam, build a new large Muslim facility in Babylon, and become part of the Tribulation one world church or the Islamic religious/political order, if they don't get killed off in the Battle of Ezekiel 38 & 39 first.

It is possible that many of the pagans will get killed off in the Battle of Ezekiel 38 & 39 with the remnant converting to Islam and moving to Babylon.

Keep an eye on this.

Exercise

I have been watching regular biology and medicine slowly catch up to what we have known in exercise physiology for more than half a century. Several times I have already explained why they don't read our research and are taking so incredibly long to catch up to what we have known for so long.

For example, they are just now finding out with research that exercise helps keep the brain healthier and we have known about this in exercise physiology for more than half a century. It is because, during sustained exercise, the cardiovascular system increases the flow of blood to the brain by 30%, which means the brain is getting 30% more nutrients and cell waste removed 30% faster, all of which improve the health of the brain.

Sustained exercise means that you exercise without stopping for at least 20 minutes or longer.

It is also important to know that during sustained exercise, you get 30% more blood to your heart and liver, which helps keep both of them healthier. Sustained exercise also helps increase the fitness and strength of your bones, cartilage, tendons, and ligaments, which means you are less likely to be injured and will suffer less damage from the same injury plus you will recover faster from injury.

And you wonder why I have been fighting to regain enough health to begin physically working or exercising again?

I know that being able to exercise again will help me recover faster from the damage caused by my prolonged illness and it is finally starting to work because I have finally forced my body to recover enough to where I can very gradually increase my activity, even though I still have to pace myself, just less and less.

This is because I KNOW how the human body functions in relation to rest and exercise and what exercise can do for me, which I wrote about extensively in my e-book, "A Better Way To Train", for sale at Barnes and Nobel to help others improve their health with better quality exercise.

I have been using that knowledge to recover from almost being dead from my illness about a decade ago, you know, after the doctors gave up on me but I didn't, to now being able to increase the work I do in my yard with gardening and other physical activities. I thank God for that knowledge because it has helped save my life when the doctors admitted they couldn't.

I have proved with my own life that it is very important for us to learn to properly take care of our bodies. If you don't take care of them, they can't take care of you.

US Super Carriers

I keep seeing stuff on how this country, that country, and other countries can easily destroy a US super carrier by people who clearly seem to know nothing about warfare, though, often purporting their expertise.

I just saw a good YouTube video by a US vet where the person addressed this quite well. US super carriers are what the military would call an extremely hardened target. You can see it here.

Note that they tried to sink a less advanced older immobilized carrier years ago to find out how difficult it would be to sink such a carrier with that carrier not being able to defend itself in any way. They attacked that carrier with a variety of weapons, including at least some of our best conventional weapons, for 4 weeks without being able to sink it and finally had to go onto the ship and scuttle the carrier to sink it.

First, if the ship had been able to defend itself, as any of our carriers will be able to defend themselves, much less damage would have been done.

Second, one of our super carriers can do a lot of damage to an enemy in 4 weeks, probably putting them out of action and ending any further damage to the carrier.

Third, at the speed our super carriers can travel, it could have gotten out of range of any of their weapons in 4 weeks (more than 23,000 miles [35 mph x 24 hours x 28 days]; the Earth's circumference is only 24,901 miles; you know, attack the enemy from the rear) or at least made it difficult to find and target the carrier and the carrier would have suffered even less damage while still inflicting significant damage on the enemy.

Fourth, every carrier is protected by a very powerful carrier strike group capable of taking out a large number of incoming weapons while preventing further attacks by destroying the enemy. I seriously doubt the enemy would be able to sustain an attack against one of our carriers for 4 weeks.

For some reason, I don't think the US Navy is too worried about any highly touted super duper weapons from China, North Korea, or Iran sinking one of their super carriers unless it was armed with a nuke and, even then, the nuke has to get through the carrier strike group defenses.

Deceptive Commiecrats

Some arrogant, simple minded, Commies in the House were bragging right after the 2018 election because they only pretended to stand for conservative policies to get elected, came out after the election admitting they lied and are really radical lefties, and have been behaving just like lefty commie traitors since the election, you know, like they got away with murder.

The arrogant little fools didn't stop to realize that, since they are in the House and not the US Senate, they will be up for reelection in 2020 with their voters now knowing the politicians lied and are actually extreme lefty commie traitors.

Just how do you think that will turn out in less than 2 years, you know, with their voters knowing they were played for suckers and being laughed at about it by those corrupt politicians?

For some reason, I don't think they will have much of a political career left. Thinking themselves wise, they have made themselves fools.
