I woke this morning to the realization that, we, the people, the true government, need to take matters in our own hands to regain control of our government because our hired government officials are not doing their jobs and are in breach of contract.

I don't have the money or the health to do this so you need to spread this around the Internet until you find someone who can and will do this. If I had the health, I would crowd fund it because I am too poor but the problem is that I simply am too ill and would probably collapse in the first court trial from the effort because of my chronic fatigue syndrome. The effort would even probably kill me before the first trial was over.

What needs to be done is that everyone in the government who has been involved in causing these phony investigations and impeachment trial needs to be individually litigated because they are in breach of contract for not doing the jobs they were hired to do and swore an oath to do.

This litigation is based on the FACT that the US Constitution says that the US Government is a "government of the people, for the people, by the people" and the litigants have breached contract by not managing our government for the people, for which they were hired to do, by running sham investigations and an unconstitutional impeachment trial costing the tax payers tens of millions of dollars. This is a criminal mismanagement of the government and a breach of contract, therefore, everyone involved in this crime must be relieved of duty immediate, prosecuted, and is fiscally liable for damages.

Note that the US Constitution does NOT say that this is a government of the corrupt politicians, for the corrupt politicians, by the corrupt politicians or a government of the rich, for the rich, by the rich, but is a government of the people, for the people, by the people, and, in that alone, by running the government for their good and the good of the rich, instead of for the good of the people, they have breached contract so that they and those involved in these crimes are criminally negligent and liable for damages, including the corrupt rich puppet masters.

We, the people can and are responsible to hold our irresponsible government employees liable for damages because the US Constitution says that NO ONE is above the law, not even the persons hired to manage our government for we, the people. We, the people can pierce the government veil to individually litigate them for their actions and damages because legal precedence has been set by the courts, when the courts permitted people to pierce the government veil by litigating other government employees such as public school teachers, public school principles, and police officers and the 1967 US Supreme court ruled that "all laws must be enforced equally and fairly" meaning that 1) even our highest government officials must obey all laws, they CANNOT be above the law, and 2) if you can litigate one government employee, you can litigate ALL government employees and, since the President and members of Congress receive pay for doing their jobs, they are government employees and can be individually litigated for breach of contract and criminal actions committed.

I have inflated the ball so that someone other than me, who has the health and either has the money or can crowd fund the litigation, must run with this ball for the people in order to hold our corrupt government employees liable for breach of contract and damages.

We, the people, must regain control of our government before it is too late and, if done right, this will do it and will shut down all of their corruption because it will send a powerful message from the people to the corrupt upper class trash that they can be litigated for damages and breach of contract for their corruption by the people because their corruption is a breach of contract with the people.

This will send the message that, according to the US Constitution, we, the people are the government and are the forth and most powerful branch of government and, therefore, they MUST be held accountable to the people for their actions, especially corrupt and/or criminal actions AND that they are individually fiscally liable for damages.

It is past time for the American people to stand up and take back control of our government of the people, by the people, for the people, the way it was designed and the US Constitution says.

I wish I had the health to do this job right. Believe me, I would crowd fund this so that it would be funded of the people, for the people, by the people and I would go on the attack for the people and prove to the corrupt upper class trash that, if you mess with we, the people, we mess back, we mess better, and we mess last, DON'T MESS WITH WE, THE PEOPLE!

The corrupt upper class trash need to be reminded that this is a "GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE" and not of them, for them, by them!!!!!

Either that or it is time to crowd fund a guillotine factory.
